This policy explains what personal information CLARIA collects, how it is used, who it is shared with, and the choices you have. Health information you provide while receiving care is also protected under HIPAA and is described in our Notice of Privacy Practices.
Some pages on this site show a short set of questions before you start a visit. These questions help us understand what you are looking for and point you toward the right care — they are marketing, not a medical assessment. Your answers stay in your browser, are not sent to us, and are not added to any medical record. Responses provided prior to account creation will not be used as part of your medical assessment. A clinical record begins only if and when you create an account and complete a real intake with a licensed provider.
Some pages on this website offer a short questionnaire before you create an account or start a visit. These questions are a marketing tool to help you understand whether our programs may be a fit. Your answers are held only in your browser for that session, are not transmitted to us or to our telehealth platform, and are not added to any medical record. Responses provided prior to account creation are not used as part of any medical assessment. If you create an account and start care, your clinical intake begins fresh at that point.
To provide care, connect you with a licensed clinician, fill and ship prescriptions, process payment, communicate with you about your care, meet legal and regulatory obligations, and improve the service. We do not sell your personal information.
We do not share identifiable health information with advertising platforms and we do not use health information to target advertising to you. Where analytics are used, they are configured to exclude health information.
You may access, correct or request deletion of your information, object to certain processing, and withdraw consent to marketing at any time. Requests about your medical record follow the process in our Notice of Privacy Practices. Depending on your state you may have additional rights, including the right to opt out of certain data sharing.
We use encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access control, audit logging of access to health information, and vendor due diligence. No system is perfectly secure, and we will notify you and the relevant authorities of a breach as required by law.
Medical records are retained for the period required by the law of the state where care was delivered. Other information is retained only as long as needed for the purposes above.
CLARIA is not intended for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Any change is posted here with an updated date. Material changes are notified to you directly.
