These terms govern your use of the CLARIA website and services. By using CLARIA you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
CLARIA is a technology platform connecting patients with independently licensed clinicians and licensed pharmacies. CLARIA does not practise medicine, does not provide medical advice, and does not dispense medication. Clinical decisions, including whether to prescribe, are made solely by the licensed clinician responsible for your care.
Completing an assessment, paying a fee, or requesting a specific medication does not entitle you to a prescription. A clinician may decline to prescribe, prescribe something different from what you requested, or recommend in-person care.
You must be at least 18, be physically located in a state where CLARIA operates, and provide accurate and complete information. Providing false information may result in unsafe care and termination of your account.
Call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room in an emergency. Call or text 988 if you are in crisis.
Prices are shown before you are charged. Subscription plans renew automatically at the stated interval until cancelled. You may cancel at any time under our refund and cancellation policy.
You may not resell, share or transfer medication prescribed to you, misrepresent your identity or health history, or use CLARIA to obtain medication for anyone other than yourself.

The platform is provided on an as-is basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, __PLACEHOLDER_LEGAL_ENTITY__ disclaims implied warranties and limits its liability for platform services. Nothing limits liability for the professional acts of a licensed clinician, or any liability that cannot be limited by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which __PLACEHOLDER_LEGAL_ENTITY__ is organised. Nothing here prevents you from filing a complaint with a regulator or state medical board.
