How to cancel, and when a refund is available.
Cancel at any time from your account or by emailing __PLACEHOLDER_SUPPORT_EMAIL__. Cancellation stops future charges. To avoid the next cycle, cancel before your renewal date, shown in your account.
Refundable if you cancel before a clinician has reviewed your assessment. Once reviewed, the consultation has been delivered and the fee is not refundable, including where the clinician decides not to prescribe.
For patient safety and by law, prescription medication cannot be returned, resold or reused once dispatched, and is not refundable. If your order has not yet been dispatched, contact us and we will attempt to stop and refund it.
Contact __PLACEHOLDER_SUPPORT_EMAIL__ within 14 days and we will replace it at no cost or refund it in full.
Approved refunds return to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
